Sustainability Circular System

Circular systemic sustainability

Mirvita boldly traces a new model of generating development by systematically combining economic-financial sustainability, environmental sustainability and social sustainability. A vision, a sustainable approach that looks at consumers and local communities. The commitment to sustainability is in Mirvita’s DNA and has its roots in our history. Our approach maximises the economic and social value created, helps protect the environment and promotes the communities in which we live and operate. In short, Sustainability is Culture, It’s Life.
We have developed a cutting-edge model based on the sharing and sense of the Community of the living that involves the involvement of communities (the "other spaces") and the return to the centrality of MAN and LIFE understood as a widespread network of relationships.

And here perception and communication are fundamental , fundamental factors of Life.

Nominated as a rural project of excellence by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture, we consider sustainability as a core value characterizing our identity.
To this extent, our commitment is devoted to a careful management of water resources and land use. Intelligent use of irrigation water, limitation of the use of synthetic pesticides, organic fertilization, and constant monitoring of the ecosystem are just a set of practices employed in order to preserve our environment.

The absolute dominance of MAN over NATURE is no longer acceptable. The survival of the human species is in check. Life is above all sharing, “mutual support” in the words of the Russian prince Kropotkin.
If MAN is NATURE, as Malevich argued, how to reconcile the right to survival and the right to property?

The diagram above summarizes:

a) The transition from a vertical to a systemic circular view of sustainability

b) The paradigm shift: from “enterprise” to “development attractor”

c) From residual margin for Man in the vertical version of sustainability to the centrality of Man in the version of circular Systemic sustainability

d) A new, courageous dimension is added to the “enterprise for profit” and “Non profit Organization” models: “for benefit attractor of Development, Innovation and Culture”
